Joyo: well, your logic is flawed because, unless we let these teams play each other, how can you really know that a 1 loss LSU team is better than an undefeated utah? There’s no way to know

Joyo: that type of argument could be used for the non bcs benefit too. utah beats osu, osu beat usc, usc some think is still the best team

Joyo: EXACTLY! It doesn’t. your logic is flawed. you can't ask who has a ring when UTAH or BYU, or BSU will NEVER have a chance to even play in the title game, no matter how many undefeated seasons they have in a row
Joyo: you used that same logic in your argument. lsu lost to florida. florida won it two years ago. because florida won, then LSU. But Florida wasn’t even undefeated the year they won it.

Isolicious: boise state beat oklahoma. it was a great game. do you honestly believe boise state, utah, byu would go undefeated in the sec? we will never know
Joyo: i don't disagree they are better conferences, but there's no saying that an undefeated utah is worse, because who knows. I don’t believe that those teams would go undefeated in the sec.

Joyo: to beat the best of the best, survival of the fittest, is considered the champ, right? Who knows if the winner of the BCS is truly the BEST team what happens when there are three undefeated BCS conference schools? and only 2 can play for it, and we finish the season with 2 undefeated BCS schools? who's the champ then?

Joyo: ok, 3 undefeated BCS school teams is entirely possible... and then their system will cave in on itself if it happens 2 or 3 years, not necessarily in a row. it will especially cave in if you finish the bowl series with 3 undefeated teams, all that played in bcs games. which COULD indeed happen if a non bcs team makes it in against a one loss team. if it happens 2 or 3 times

Joyo: 8 games would be 3 weeks, and there all just sitting there in december anyway, and we're all just waiting for the january bowl.

I am so confused. Your circular argument with this guy makes no sense. There were points where my head was just spinning. Where is this guy from, Georgia? And why does he hate the non-BCS so much?
I hope Utah plays Florida and kicks the crap out of them. Maybe then he will finally change his tune. I mean, how many BCS teams does Utah have to beat to prove they are legit? I say build the graveyard, (even though it is lame), just to put inferiority complex losers like this in their place!
Jordan, trying to argue with people like this is like Bible bashing with Jehovah's Witnesses. It just doesn't work.
Just bear your testimony that you KNOW Utah is as good as 3/4 of the teams in the SEC and get the heck out of there.
